Excellent communication and very happy with the 360 plan for internal and external treatment. Nick suggested we do the external another day due to rain and promptly scheduled and completed it within days after completing internal as scheduled. The whole team from Pesties have been great, Gina was very accomodating and booked us in same week and when Nick showed up he was incredible! He got to know our issues (ant problem) and treated everything very thoroughly, including the roof and subfloor. He was quick but very professional and was able to answer any questions we had! I was first introduced to Pesties.au through a glowing recommendation of a friend and now I understand why. Couldn’t be happier with Nick that did our place and Gina that did all the booking and customer service related enquires.

Nick turned up on time, super friendly and no drama (which is a breathe of fresh air through my previous experience with another pest control company), explained everything that he will be doing on the job and answered all our questions about the treatment. We initially did a pest spray of our property both inside and outside, but also ended up doing our termite baits with them as well, as we were impressed and happy with them. Definitely recommend them to handle your pest control. Thanks Nick and Gina for everything.

We’ve had Nick come to our property to install termite baits as well as a general pest spray and we are genuinely so pleased with the service we received. From Gina’s quick responses and support to Nick’s knowledge and professionalism, our whole experience has been amazing. Pesties will always be our first call for any issues with pests.

Nick from Pesties spent about 2 hours at our house doing a termite inspection and pest spray treatment. He was very thorough inside and out. Most friendly and made us feel at ease and did not feel at all uncomfortable with him visiting. Pesties had the best price of a few quotes we got. We are looking forward to another year of pest-free living and peace of mind that we have no termite issues. Highly recommended and thanks again Nick.
