What does commercial pest control actually cost?

It depends on premises type, size, service frequency, and the regulatory frame. A 12-unit body corporate quarterly is in a different price band to a 200-cover restaurant monthly. Bespoke quote within 24 hours of your enquiry. We will not give a ballpark over the phone because every premises is different and we are not in the business of bait-and-switch pricing.

Do you lock operators into multi-year contracts?

No. Programs run on a rolling basis. Either party can give 30 days notice to vary or cease the program. Our retention is based on service quality. Multi-year minimums are a tactic for operators who cannot retain clients on the strength of their service.

Are after-hours visits available?

Yes. For food premises, childcare, aged care, and offices, after-hours service is the standard. We schedule outside operating hours where the sector requires it. No surcharge for after-hours within agreed scope.

What insurance do you carry?

Comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity cover. Certificate of currency available on request and supplied at onboarding. We are QBCC licensed for termite management (chemical) under licence 1313994 and QLD Health licensed for pest management under PMT4005045615.

Can you take over from our existing pest control provider?

Yes. We typically receive 2-3 transition enquiries each month. We do not need a service history from the previous operator. We start with a fresh site walk, document existing conditions, and build the program from there. Transition is invisible to your operations.

Do you work outside the Gold Coast, Logan, and South Brisbane corridor?

For commercial accounts where there is a clear strategic fit, yes. We have serviced commercial premises as far north as Caboolture and as far south as Tweed Heads. Send an enquiry with your location and we will tell you whether we can serve you well.

What happens if pest activity continues between scheduled visits?

Reactive callouts are included in your scheme program at no additional cost where the activity is sourced in scope (common property for body corporates, food premises zones for restaurants, etc). Where the activity is sourced outside your program scope (a specific lot in a body corporate scheme, for example), it is invoiced separately at our standard rate.
