At Pesties.au, we want you to feel confident booking your pest control services online. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have set out our refund and cancellation policy clearly below.

Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled service, you will receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a call-out fee of $79 to cover our technician’s time and scheduling costs.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel on the day of service or are not available when our technician arrives, the service may be deemed forfeited and any refunds may be less a call-out fee of $79.

Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule your booking free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • If your preferred date or time is unavailable, we will work with you to find the next best slot as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you paid with a coupon code or promotional discount, the refund will be based on the amount you actually paid.
