Yes. We use professional-grade, low-toxicity products applied in line with Australian standards and label requirements. Once treatments are dry and re-entry times have been observed, surfaces are safe for people and pets. We’ll always tell you exactly what’s required on the day.

Not necessarily. Many clients leave access instructions and aren’t home at all. If you are home, we usually start outside, so you can stay inside for the external component, then move indoors while you step out or relax in an untreated area for a short period while products dry. Pets are fine inside throughout.

Most standard pest treatments run 45 minutes to an hour. The 360° Ultimate is closer to 60 to 75 minutes depending on property size.

Only if you’re seeing signs of activity in those areas. Droppings under the kitchen sink? Clearing that out gives us access to where the problem actually lives, and significantly better results. For most general pest treatments we only need clear access around skirting boards and key activity zones. Severe German cockroach treatments or specialised services may need more prep, which we’ll always advise beforehand.

Some pests die quickly. Others take days or weeks. Our products have a range of modes of action (quick kill, transfer effect, growth regulation) so activity drops fast but lingering presence is normal as products work their way back into hidden harbourages. Wait six weeks before calling for a service call on residual activity. If activity is still persistent after six weeks, send a photo and we’ll book you in at no charge.

Plain English: if you see live activity of a covered pest inside your warranty window, take a photo of what you’re seeing and send it through to us via the channel you booked. We’ll book a service call at no charge. Same day where possible. Service calls are targeted reapplications in areas of remaining activity, not a full property re-treatment. The photo step lets us confirm we’re not looking at a different species (German cockroaches need a different treatment entirely) and keeps the warranty process fast and honest. This guarantees covers internal cockroaches and ants only. We cannot guarantee against cockroaches and ants finding their way onto your block externally. Garages are considered external areas for warranty purposes due to their unsealed nature. During service calls, we require unlimited access to kitchen and bathroom cupboard areas to allow for a complete and thorough re-treatment of these areas. If a service call is attended, and these areas have not been emptied out for access, the remainder of the warranty may be forfeited. If you need assistance in emptying kitchen and bathroom cupboard areas before a service call, please let our office know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to assist with the process.

Our treatments are designed to protect your home for up to 12 months following application. It’s not uncommon to occasionally see cockroach or ant activity wander in from outside. As long as the activity is dying shortly after entry (within a day or two) then the treatment is doing its job.

If you’re noticing activity that persists longer than a couple of days, or signs that cockroaches are breeding inside (such as droppings in kitchen/bathroom cupboards, or egg casing), snap a quick photo and send it through to us. We’ll be more than happy to book you in for a service call at no cost.

And if after three service calls you’re still not satisfied? We’ll refund the full amount of your treatment. It’s our PestiesProtect+ promise.

If after three consecutive service calls, with a six-week gap between each so transfer products and growth regulators can do their work, the activity is still persistent and the home has been prepared per the prep instructions, you get a full refund. We’ve never had to come back more than once. The offer is on the table from day one.

German cockroaches are a different problem to common cockroaches and need a different solution. We offer Roach Reset as an add-on for targeted treatment, or Roach Reset+ for heavier infestations (includes one call-back). Because of their resilience and breeding habits, German cockroaches sit outside our standard warranty. We’ll always be upfront about what’s needed and what to expect.

Some ongoing activity in the first few days is completely normal, especially with larger infestations or when colonies are being affected. It’s also normal to see the occasional cockroach wander in from outside. As long as they’re dying shortly after, the treatment is doing its job. Wait six weeks. If activity is still persistent, send a photo. We’ll handle it.
